"Very colorful and vibrant interior. Interesting combinations of ice cream and non ice cream treats. Funnel cake was delicious, crispy on the outside and warm and doughy on the inside. I had ice cream on top of my funnel cake and even that piece was crispy."

"Nitro Cow Ice Cream in Lynchburg, VA, is truly a delight! I recently tried their funnel cake topped with Cookie Monster ice cream, and it was an experience like no other. The funnel cake was perfectly crispy on the outside while soft and fluffy on the inside, creating a fantastic base for the ice cream. The Cookie Monster flavor, with its blue color and chunks of cookie dough and Oreos, was not only fun but incredibly tasty. The combination of warm funnel cake and cool, creamy ice cream was simply heavenly. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. "First impressions: Unique ice cream shop with a variety of options. The fruity pebbles paleta was delicious. The inside of the shop is super fun, trendy, and clean. I would love to see more detailed descriptions of the paletas to help me make a choice. It would also make a huge difference if the social media page had pictures, or if you guys had a website, so people would know what to expect. Seeing the sign from the road, i would never guess Nitro Cow was an ice cream shop (maybe a mexican restaurant or a bounce house playground), but the logo is fun and funky and invites you to look up the shop or take a look inside - so you will quickly realize what it is. Definitely will give Nitro Cow another try. I am excited to have something different in Lynchburg than the usual!"
